MORNING
coffee in the morning (2 cups, stevia instead of any other sweetner), slight milk
Smoothie (spinich, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple and water. slight milk also)
took meds plus vitamins B12 and Magnesium (I also need a multi vitamin but haven't purchased yet)
MIDDAY
Mixed green salad, some chicken slices from leftover last night, mandarin oranges, sprinkle of low fat colby jack cheese, almonds and slight amount of ranch dressing. (that puppy was GOOD)
MIDDAY SNACK
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 avacado and 12 almonds
I will report back on what I end up having for dinner.
