I have passed the 21 day mark. They say if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. What's even MORE interesting is that if you give up eating processed foods and then you decide to have a 100 calorie processed snack because your mind is telling you to do so.....YOU CAN TASTE THE PRESERVATIVES!!!!!!!!! I had three tiny little cookies and stopped eating them. The fudge striped ones no less. It's true.
I said you know what...these don't even TASTE good to me compared to what I've been eating. So I didn't eat them. This , my dear readers, is progress in gigantic ways for me.
